Koinz is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing startup team. This role is ideal for a creative leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a strong eye for detail, and is passionate about building and scaling a brand from the ground up.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will take ownership of Koinz’s visual identity across all digital and offline touchpoints. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate ideas, campaigns, and product features into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual designs. Your work will directly contribute to brand growth, user engagement, and overall business performance in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling and cohesive graphics for a wide range of digital assets,
including app interfaces, websites, social media content, performance ads,
presentations, and partner-facing materials.
- Create and adapt design materials for both online and offline channels, including flyers,
roll-ups, in-store branding, packaging, and printed collateral when needed.
- Ensure all designs reflect Koinz’s brand identity and maintain a consistent, high-quality
visual standard across every touchpoint.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to develop visuals that
support campaign objectives, product launches, and brand-building initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and creative best practices to
continuously elevate the quality of Koinz’s visual output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously—from concept exploration to final
delivery—while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, with familiarity in offline and print
design considered a valuable plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and
composition.
- Experience in motion graphics or animation is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile startup
environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple
projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-powered image and video generation tools.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
