We are looking for a passionate Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that align with business objectives and provide delightful experiences across our mobile and web-based applications.
 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to conduct concept discussions and translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead in design trends and best practices.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs.
• Design intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences tailored for both mobile and web-based platforms.
• Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across multiple screen sizes.
• Maintain, document, and share a robust and coherent design system with cross-functional teams.
• Share full Figma designs, facilitate design discussions, and gather feedback from product, engineering, and business teams.

Requirements:

• Solid professional experience in UX/UI design. At least 2 years.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience in creating pixel-perfect designs suitable for various devices and screen resolutions.
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and share design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Portfolio demonstrating practical design experience.
