About the Role
Our award winning Kohler Waters Spa are looking for someone to join our team in a brand-new role as Spa Guest Experience Specialist. In this position you will be the warm and welcoming heart of our newly refurbished spa. From the moment guests arrive, you will curate a seamless and serene journey, bringing attentive service and genuine care to every interaction. Your presence on the spa floor ensures each guest feels personally guided, supported and at ease.
In this role, you will anticipate needs before they arise, provide thoughtful orientation to our world‑class facilities and uphold immaculate presentation throughout the spa. Working closely with Reception, Spa Attendants, Therapists, and our Café team, you will help maintain harmonious daily operations that define a truly exceptional spa experience.
With an eye for detail and a passion for elevating guest wellbeing, you will play a vital role in creating lasting memories that remain long after our guests depart.
Your responsibilities will include;
Maintain a consistent presence on the spa floor to warmly welcome, guide, and assist guests throughout their visit.
Engage in friendly, refined, and professional conversations to build genuine rapport and elevate the overall guest experience.
Monitor guest flow throughout the spa, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or concerns to ensure a seamless and tranquil experience.
Ensure every guest receives attentive, personalised care and consistently exceptional service at every stage of their visit
Provide thoughtful, clear orientation and confidently address any questions, helping guests feel fully informed, comfortable, and at ease throughout their visit.
Assist in addressing guest enquiries promptly, professionally, and with a solution focused approach.
Maintain strong communication with the Reception Team, Spa Café team, Therapists, and Attendants, ensuring all details regarding guest arrival, departure, requirements, and VIP information are accurately shared.
Provide guests with clear, accurate information about hotel facilities, including food and beverage outlets and their operating hours.
Work closely with Spa Attendants to uphold exceptional cleanliness and maintain the highest standards of presentation across all spa areas.
To be successful in this role you will have the following qualities and experience:
Exquisite communication skills, paired with attentive and intuitive listening to understand and anticipate guest needs.
Exceptional time management skills, including precise adherence to treatment timings, supported by reliable and impeccable attendance.
The ability to manage challenging or sensitive guest interactions with calm authority, diplomacy, and professionalism, achieving a discreet and satisfactory resolution.
A flexible, service oriented approach with the ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the spa’s luxury service standards.
Proficiency with computer systems and confidence navigating booking, scheduling, and guest management software.
A meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining pristine cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the spa.
A warm, approachable, and guest centred manner, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, personalised, and refined.
