Specific Responsibilities:

• Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any. 
  Suggest food and beverages to the guest utilizing appropriate methods to upsell. 
• Take food and beverage orders from the guest and accurately enter into Point of sale (POS) system. 
• Greets guests and presents them with the menu when applicable. 
  Process payment transactions.  
• Clear and reset table settings and linens, as needed. 
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.  
• Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with questions. 
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. 
• Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service. 
• Promptly respond to guest with any additional request. 
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering  
  desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.  
• Prepare mixed drinks for service to your customers table when applicable (must be 18 or over and licensed).  
• Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort. 
• Assist with stocking and maintaining the restaurant par stock levels and side station. 
•  Help other areas of the restaurant such as answering telephones and seating guests.  

This is a seasonal position working weekdays and weekends with shifts ranging from 5:00 am - 11:00 pm. 

Skills/Requirements

• 2+ years of previous Serving or Bartending experience, preferred
• We are looking for an applicant who is at least 18 years of age and has the ability to obtain their Learn 2 Serve Certificate upon hire.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $2.33-$6.55. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
