Inside Sales Representative
Work Mode: Remote
Location: Remote - Kohler, WI Opportunity Under the direction of the Manager – Sales Center, this position acts as a Brand Ambassador for Kohler customers, helping convert product interest into orders while creating a world class customer experience to ensure consistent sales growth. An Inside Sales Representative will focus on maximizing sales opportunities within every interaction and is expected to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Additionally, this position will partner closely with other consumer-facing teams to help guide a consistent online-offline experience. Success will be measured by net revenue generated as well as customer satisfaction. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
