HR Specialist - Training
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: On Site – [Reynosa, Tamaulipas, México Opportunity BASIC FUNCTION
Under the general supervision of the Manager HR, is responsible for processes personnel administrative changes such as: new hires, quits, transfers, employee performance evaluations, etc. prepares Social Security changes notices and obtains corresponding authorizations. Elaboration of several documentation, like absenteeism report, tardiness permits, pre-payroll reports for every foreman.
Responsible for implementing and coordinating training initiatives and instilling the KOS philosophy to the training function.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 5 year experience in a similar position. Position requires strong relationship skills, ability to communicate to different from all levels, strong oral and written skills, computer knowledge is a must.
