Location: Chicago, IL Opportunity The primary focus is to support the commitment to customer care by efficiently, and effectively providing the highest level of service. Must have excellent working knowledge of all services, products and procedures within the spa. Together they will strive to ensure our guest’s comfort and satisfaction. Our goal is to exceed our guests’ expectations every time they visit our spa. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES To provide the highest level of internal and external customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes. Team members are responsible for upholding consistency in all standards. A direct line of communication will be on-going among fellow associates regarding needs and concerns. A professional demeanor must be presented at all times. Every Esthetician is responsible for: Meeting and greeting guests with professionalism Cleanliness standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas Using proper verbiage at all times Upholding and maintain set uniform and grooming standards Knowledge of spa services and amenities Knowledge of emergency procedures Providing the highest level of technical service and adherence to SOP’s Meeting agreed upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at home care Sales goals set depending on department and retail to service percentage Maintain continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin or Illinois requirement Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co. Perform special event treatments which can be held at various locations such as golf courses, Riverbend, Sports Core, TAC, etc. This would also include special events being hosted at the spa such as Spaliday. These services would be secondary to the positions primary function. Perform any other duties as assigned
We have part-time, casual positions available working weekdays and weekends between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.

The competitive commission range for this position + tips/gratuity may be influenced by a variety of factors.
