Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI Competitive Compensation: $25.60 per hour, plus $1.50 per hour shift differential Shift: 3rd Shift, 9:00PM-5:18AM, plus overtime Are you ready to build a career you can be proud of? We are looking for a Casting Finishing Relief Operator (West End) to join our Cast Iron division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Successful applicants will need to be PIV Certified, LOTO Certified, and inventory scanning trained. Perform all job functions on the west end casting finishing. Training to quality standards and use of process sheets for work content, Visual inspection of ware along with gauging is required, ability to read and interpret prints, use of automatic blast machines, Robotic Grind cells, Bench and Wheel grind, No grind, Final/Brinel inspection, WIP trucking, and other tasks as assigned by supervision. Skills/Requirements
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred. Additional Requirements Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight. Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
