Location: Onsite – Sheridan, AR 


Competitive Compensation: Starting at $18.75 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift and Weekend shifts.  


Shifts Needed:

  • Weekends - 2nd Shift, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 5:00pm - 5:00am

We are looking for Operator I in our PVD department within the Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.  

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities  

  • Performing all duties associated within the department  
  • Following instructions and communicating effectively  
  • Reads orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.  
  • Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas. 
  • Loading wash baskets for washer.
    Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.  
  • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.

Key Qualifications  

  • Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. 
  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. 
  • Must be at least 18 years old. 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Additional Requirements  

  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds or more.
  • Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check. 
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance. 
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.

The hourly range for this position is $18.75. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
