Kognitive Sales Solutions is on the lookout for enthusiastic and goal-driven Field Marketing Representatives. In this role, you will be integral in introducing and promoting President’s Choice Financial Products to consumers in various retail settings. Your role will involve engaging customers, delivering information on product benefits, and creating a positive shopping experience for all. With a focus on customer service and sales, you will help elevate brand awareness for one of Canada’s trusted brands.

Compensation:
- Base pay + commission!
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate customers about President’s Choice Financial products and their benefits.
- Respond to customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with store staff.
- Drive sales through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or finance.
- Strong communication skills and a personable nature to engage customers.
- Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
- Access to reliable transportation is an asset.
