Position:
The role of the Turndown Attendant ensures each accommodation is pristine, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Their care and attention help create an atmosphere of ease and comfort, allowing guests to settle in and enjoy their surroundings from the moment they arrive.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate attention to detail, consistency, and a strong sense of ownership in upholding an elevated experience
- Serve guests with warmth, discretion, and personalized service
- Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests with discretion
- Handle guest requests with urgency and without intrusion
- Safeguard guest privacy and confidentiality
- Complete all daily departmental checklists accurately and on time
- Execute assigned cleaning duties in guest accommodations with precision and timeliness, as directed by management
- Perform deep-cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis, as directed by management
- Maintain guest areas, ensuring they are clean, orderly, and welcoming
- Ensure housekeeping areas are clean, presentable, and well-maintained
- Uphold environmental sustainability practices by minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources while exceeding guest expectations for luxury
Supportive Functions and Responsibility
- Display Paws Up Montana values and standards.
- Always demonstrate professionalism and hospitality to guests and team members.
- Handle guest transactions legally, ethically, and confidentially.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
- Always maintain a clean and neat appearance.
- Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
Educational, Experience, and Licensure Required
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Prior experience of world class hospitality and service preferred
- Current driver’s license with two years driving experience preferred
