Position:  

The Spa Coordinator is responsible for welcoming and supporting our guests' needs at Spa Town including the scheduling of appointments, assisting service providing team members, upholding safety and cleanliness standards, and coordinating transportation.

Primary Responsibilities: 

    • Greet guests with friendly and genuine interactions.

    • Assist the service providing team members with guest and operation flow. 

      • Efficiently schedule spa and wellness experiences via telephone, text messages, the Wilderness Outpost team, or in-person interactions with guests, considering the availability and suitability of the service providing team members. 

      • Collect and organize service intake forms daily

      • Facilitate the cleaning and stocking of Spa Town and fitness center. 

      • Ensure accurate information and detailed descriptions of services, products, and spa facilities are provided.

      • Maintain up-to-date awareness of Resort information and amenities.  

      • Provide support in all aspects of spa operations as directed by management.

      • Assist with setting up and dismantling the Spa Town location at the start and end of the season.  

    • Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail at all times.

    • Manage timelines and priorities efficiently.

    • Champion Paws Up standards and values.

Looking for team members with: 

    • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
    • Two years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a spa environment
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Proficient ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and prioritizing workload throughout the day
    • Has a friendly and professional manner under periods of high demands 
      • Required to be dependable and available to work on weekends, evenings, and/or holidays as needed based on business demands
    • Valid State Driver’s License
