About The Role
Responsibilities:
As a Saturday Assistant, you will collaborate with our outstanding Knight Frank team to deliver exceptional support to our clients within the office, remotely and occasionally conduct property viewings. This role involves supporting the negotiators and viewing team with administrative tasks, including diary management, coordinating the days activities and liaising with clients. You will be responsible for answering telephone calls, liaising with clients, the Saturday team, registering clients, discussing property details, and providing exceptional customer service, all while demonstrating strong insights into the local area. Representing our global firm, you will employ a personalised approach to ensure our customers enjoy a positive, valuable, and seamless experience throughout the viewing process.
