About The Role

Knight Frank is seeking a Saturday Assistant to join our team in the Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire office.

Responsibilities:

As a Saturday Assistant, you will collaborate with our outstanding Knight Frank team to deliver exceptional support to our clients within the office, remotely and occasionally conduct property viewings. This role involves supporting the negotiators and viewing team  with administrative tasks, including diary management, coordinating the days activities and liaising with clients. You will be responsible for answering telephone calls, liaising with clients, the Saturday team, registering clients, discussing property details, and providing exceptional customer service, all while demonstrating strong insights into the local area. Representing our global firm, you will employ a personalised approach to ensure our customers enjoy a positive, valuable, and seamless experience throughout the viewing process.

In addition to the above, you will:

  • Serve as an ambassador for the office, creating a positive first impression as the first point of contact
  • Provide comprehensive and detailed feedback on any interactions that occurred during the day
  • Identify clients’ needs and generate viewings and referrals
  • Communicate effectively to ensure that sales are managed efficiently and professionally
  • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with both prospective and existing clients, fostering the professional image of the partnership
  • Confidently share local knowledge with the office and clients
  • Enhance knowledge of Knight Frank services to cross-sell to potential purchasers
  • Have the opportunity to conduct viewings for the office during the week
  • Attend mandatory training to support this role

                      

 Qualifications/Education Required:

  • Previous work experience in a client-facing role

Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required:

  • Highly driven and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for success
  • Excellent local knowledge
  • Good understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to confidently show prospective buyers around a property
  • Ability to proactively generate viewings
  • Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Car owner with a full, clean licence
  • Regular availability
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Advanced IT skills

Hours:

Saturdays from 9am to 2pm
