About The Role

Introduction

Our Graduate Scheme in Hong Kong will give you the exposure, experience, training and support so that, whatever skills and perspectives you bring, you’ll build on your potential. You’ll get exposure to an extended portfolio of clients, customers and properties and we will help you discover where your strengths and interests are best placed.

What to expect

Depending on your academic background and interest, you can apply to join either the Professional Stream, the Agency Stream or the Property Asset Management Stream.

Professional Stream

In this 30-33 month programme, you will undergo 3 job rotations in our professional services departments, namely Planning & Land Advisory Services and Valuation & Advisory (General Valuation & Mortgage Valuation). You will also be given the option of a further 3 months’ rotation into one of our Agency departments and Research & Consultancy department.

Agency Stream

In this 18-24 month programme, you will spend 6 months each in 3 of our Agency departments including Capital Markets, Commercial Sales and Hong Kong & Kowloon Office Strategy & Solutions. An additional 6 months’ attachment in Planning & Land Advisory Services, Research & Consultancy or Valuation & Advisory departments can be arranged if you wish to become a chartered surveyor.

Property Asset Management Stream

In this 24-month programme, you will spend in our Property Asset Management department. This 24 month programme is designed to equip graduates with Property Management services and Tenancy Management services skills and knowledge required for Property Management Practitioner License in the field of property asset management.

Training & Development

We’re dedicated to seeing you fulfil your potential at Knight Frank so we take learning and development seriously. Throughout the programme, we will support you on your journey to pass the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) exam. Training for your APC exam will be via a combination of seminars, workshops and study groups. Surveyor Academy is a structured training programme, in-house experts will share skills, knowledge and experience to support you in preparation for the APC exam. Passing the APC exam enables you to become a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), both professional bodies which will expand your network and horizon.

For your Property Management Practitioner License accreditation, we will support you with comprehensive training and hands‑on exposure to build the necessary knowledge and skills.

As well as learning together with other graduates, you will experience an unparalleled breadth of opportunities, participate in a diverse range of projects, gain exposure to an extensive portfolio of clients and properties, and learn from our in-house experts through on-the-job training.

Application Process

We are accepting applications for the 2026 Graduate Scheme until Friday 13 March 2026.

Video interview and first panel interview will take place between March and April 2026, and the final assessment will take place in late April 2026.

We are looking for:

An undergraduate degree (2026 graduation)

- For Professional Stream: An HKIS or RICS accredited degree for Professional Stream

- For Agency Stream: A degree in any discipline, but preferably in real estate

- For Property Asset Management Stream: An PMSA-accredited degree for Property Asset Management Stream

- Commitment and enthusiasm for learning

- A fascination with property, keeping up to date with the latest real estate market developments

- A strong desire to develop great people skills, as communication and relationship building are at the heart of what we do
