We are all led by the same core values and believe in the powerful potential of large companies to have a positive impact on the world. <strong>We are now looking for another team mate to join us in the Commercial team in Dubai as Customer Service Representative.</strong></p><hr><p><strong>Can you say ‘yes’?</strong></p><p>Do you treat your colleagues with respect?</p><p>Do you always have the customer in mind?</p><p>Do you act with future generations in mind?</p><p>Do you like to seek out opportunities to grow and develop?</p><p>Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?</p><hr><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><p><span>You will manage and support the supply of Knauf products, maintaining the systems and procedures that ensure our service meets and exceeds customer expectations and aligns with our best practice guide.</span></p><p><strong><br></strong><span><strong>Key responsibilities are:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Managing the end-to-end customer journey from order entry to invoicing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Processing orders in SAP with accurate pricing and customer details and maintaining up-to-date records with clear audit trails.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries, escalations and complaints via phone and email; investigating and resolving issues promptly.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinating with sales, warehouse, production and plant teams, to minimize delays and meet special requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicating order changes, delivery variations and ancillary charges clearly and positively, and updating SAP to ensure accuracy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Building rapport and maintaining strong customer relationships with a customer-centric approach.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, organizing and prioritizing workloads.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Supporting your own development and contributing to continuous improvement within the department.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>What we’d love for you to have:</strong></p><p>We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values.
