Join our Graduate Engineer Accelerated Learning Program, a full-time position designed to fast-track your growth and transition into a specified engineering role within our team. Responsibilities

  • Be a safety champion by promoting and practicing safe work habits, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.
  • Calibrate, track, and document equipment to meet ISO standards.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain advanced systems like weight gages, glass pull systems, IR scanners, and more.
  • Learn the ins and outs of plant operations, from furnaces to fiberizer combustion components.
  • Work hands-on with environmental monitoring equipment, mass flow meters, and linear transducers.
  • Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Build and install thermocouples, maintain critical equipment inventories, and much more!
  • Drive the highest levels of employee retention and engagement to ensure a sustainable workforce.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.

Qualifications

Education:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Ablilities:

  • A passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
  • A safety-first mindset and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and excellent time management skills.
