Our CFC Distribution team
Getting the products we love into the hands of happy customers is what we do best, from the remote countryside to coastal towns and big cities and everywhere in between. As you know, our CFC distribution teams play a big role in our business.
You'll be joining a highly motivated team that prides itself on having a super-fast supply chain network unloading, sorting product.
What you’ll be doing:
- Accountable for safety through implentation and evaluation of safe work practices, improving safety performance.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Budgets & expenditure ensuring site efficiencies.
- Manage annual & monthly forecasts.
- Drive a positive culture.
- Accountable for compliance in line with company policies, awards & legislation.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Experience in CFC, planning & forecasting.
- Proficiencies in Microsoft excel (SQL lnowledge is an advantage).
- Experience in Lean Continous Improvement Principles.
- Experience leading large Inbound teams.
- Communication, negotiation & influencing skills.
