Anko Sourcing is the direct sourcing arm for the iconic Australian retail brands, Kmart and Target. Responsibilities:
· Effectively deliver continuous improvement to the ES programme.
· Effectively engage with third-party audit firms to deliver high-quality ES audit.
· Review mutual recognized reports 
· Conduct ES factory assessment/visit if required
· Review corrective action plan and support vendor and factory on continuous improvement 
· Develop and carry out training or seminars for vendor, factory, third party audit firm, and internal team members. 
· Manage the factory status and communicate with vendor and factory for ES renewal before expiration 
· Review monthly ES report & plan ahead necessary resources to conduct follow up or new audit request.
· Keep updated with industry standards and legislation in the countries.

 

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, at least 7 years relevant experience, background in buying office/retailer social audit team will be preferrable
2. Sound knowledge of CSR and social audits, high sense of integrity
3. Good communication in both English and Mandarin
