About this role

Epilepsy Foundation New England / Associate Director, Camp and Client Services/ Lowell, MA

Epilepsy Foundation New England (EFNE) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director of Camp and Client Services to support and coordinate our growing range of camp and recreation programs and to be a valuable member of our Programs & Services team.

EFNE does not have a dedicated physical camp site; instead, we collaborate with camp facilities and community organizations across New England to provide high-quality, safe, and inclusive experiences for children, teens, adults, and families affected by epilepsy.

The Associate Director, Camp Programs plays a practical, relationship-focused role—coordinating seasonal camp programs, organizing year-round in-person activities across all five New England states, providing direct support to camp families, and fostering community connections that enhance EFNE’s mission. This position will report to the Director of Programs & Services.
