Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
- Responsible for providing technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA products in customer fabrication facilities.
- Work closely with many organizations including engineering, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers.
- Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting.
- Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications.
- Provide application support and training to customers
Minimum Qualifications
- MS or above degrees in Engineering, Physics, Material Science or Electronics.
- MS (+3Y) / BS (+5Y)
- Previous experience in IC processing/ Semiconductor equipment is highly plus.
- Optic related backgrounds are desirable.
- Good communication skill in English.
