What You’ll Do
- Greet and seat guests.
- Use hosting and POS systems.
- Take and process carry-out orders.
- Handle cash, cards, coupons, and voids.
- Keep lobby and FOH clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Maintain guest database and send daily reports.
- Check on tables, ensure satisfaction, and recover service when needed.
- Support servers, bussers, and expo during busy times.
- Open and close restaurant areas as key holder, including walk-throughs and locking.
- Follow safety, sanitation, dress, and schedule requirements.
- Help guests with directions, village info, and menu descriptions.
- Assist in leader responsibilities when Captain is not available.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
