The Vice President of Technology & Innovation leads Kisco Senior Living’s enterprise technology strategy with a strong focus on innovation, AI, data, and analytics—while ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT operations across all communities and corporate functions. This role combines strategic leadership with operational accountability, overseeing IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and project delivery. The VP will modernize Kisco’s technology ecosystem to support growth, operational excellence, and exceptional resident and associate experiences.
Technology Strategy & Innovation
Define and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Lead AI, data, and analytics initiatives that improve efficiency, decision-making, and performance.
Balance innovation with infrastructure stability, cybersecurity, and risk management.
Partner with executive and functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
IT Leadership & Operations
Lead and develop a high-performing IT organization (~15 team members).
Oversee IT Operations, Infrastructure & Networks, and Applications.
Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology services across all locations.
Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs to improve system availability and user satisfaction.
Project Delivery & Governance
Own the IT project portfolio, including prioritization, execution, and delivery.
Implement best-practice project management, governance, and change management.
Ensure technology initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact.
Budget & Vendor Management
Own IT operating and capital budgets with a focus on ROI and value creation.
Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, standardization, and improved vendor outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing directors and cross-functional teams.
Proven experience leading enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
Strong background in digital innovation, AI, and data-driven solutions.
Experience managing complex budgets and vendor ecosystems.
Experience in multi-site or service-oriented environments preferred.
Salary: $200,000-$225,000/Yr. Based on Experience
