Position: Creative Content Specialist
We are looking for a Creative Content Specialist who can bring ideas to life through powerful visuals and engaging short-form content. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, hands-on experience in photography and videography, and the ability to create high-impact content tailored for digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands audience psychology, platform trends, and visual storytelling—especially in sectors like Agri, FMCG, or Real Estate .
Key Responsibilities
Capture high-quality product, farm, and real estate photography , including drone shots
Create and edit weekly hook-based videos (15–30 seconds) for reels, ads, and promotions
Design 20+ creatives per month , including banners, carousels, and scheme creatives
Optimize WhatsApp Status content and Instagram Stories for maximum engagement
Develop compelling hook scripts focused on farmer/customer pain points
Adapt content formats as per platform best practices (Instagram, WhatsApp, Ads)

Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with DSLR & Drone Videography

Ability to optimize content for different social media formats
Portfolio is mandatory (Agri / FMCG / Real Estate samples preferred)
