Quali saranno le tue responsabilità e principali attività

  • Esecuzione delle manutenzioni preventive programmate e delle riparazioni dei guasti nel rispetto della pianificazione giornaliera, presso clienti, all'interno della propria area di competenza sulla base delle richieste ricevute dalla sede centrale
  • Attività di assistenza tecnica e manutenzione su carrelli elevatori, nello specifico: ricerca guasti, diagnostica e riparazione di natura elettrica/elettronica e meccanica/idraulica;
  • Miglioramento dell’efficienza dei mezzi delle flotte a noleggio
  • Supportare i clienti relativamente a richieste circa le manutenzioni e le riparazioni effettuate fornendo informazioni chiare e precise 
  • Fornire un servizio di consulenza e supporto al cliente relativamente sull’uso dei nostri prodotti
  • Recepimento e tempestiva comunicazione delle necessità del Cliente al Service Team manager
  • assicurare che gli standard di Salute e Sicurezza, le norme e le procedure siano rispettate
  • comprendere e lavorare in funzione dei KPI relativi al Service

    Tasks and Qualifications:

    Sei tu il candidato ideale se possiedi

    • Diploma quinquennale o qualifica triennale/quadriennale in ambito tecnico elettronico e/o meccanico
    • Attestato guida carrello
    • Conoscenza base di elettrotecnica, oleodinamica e meccanica motoristica
    • Lettura degli schemi per ricerca guasti e riparazioni
    • Conoscenza dei principi di sicurezza sul lavoro e di tutela ambientale
    • Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo nel settore o in settori affini di almeno due anni
    • Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali e di Problem Solving
    • disponibilità a a trasferte giornaliere presso i nostri clienti
    • ​Rappresenta un plus il domicilio nelle zone indicate nel job title
