Collaborate with the CO teams to capture and translate customer needs into clear technical specifications.
Assess feasibility, cost, and lead time for custom options within the constraints of standardized AGV architecture.
Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria for each customer configuration.
Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for the CO projects.
Manage resources with the engineering team leads
Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
Technical Coordination
Interface with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to integrate customer-specific CO’s
Ensure that all custom features are fully validated on the project vehicles or on our prototype trucks
Support design reviews, change control, and technical documentation processes.
Continuous Improvement
Capture lessons learned from each customization project to improve the modularity and standardization of future CO’s
Contribute to developing a library of validated, configurable customer options.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical/electrical/software integration.
Excellent project management skills (planning, risk management, stakeholder communication).
Proficient in using MS Project, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities
5+ years of experience in Engineering within industrial automation, robotics, or mobile systems manufacturing.
Previous experience in project management is preferred
Familiarity with AGV/AMR systems, automation technology, or material handling systems is a strong plus.
