Vi oplever stigende efterspørgsel på integrerede automationsløsninger, og derfor søger vi en Automationskonsulent, der kan drive salget af komplekse intralogistiske løsninger i tæt samarbejde med kunder, teknikere, projektledere og vores internationale KION-organisation.
Du bliver en del af et specialiseret team med høj faglighed, korte beslutningsveje og stor indflydelse på både løsninger og kunderejse.
Du får et job med stor variation med både dage hos kunder, dage på kontoret og dage med i mødeaktivitet både i koncernen og på fx kundedage & messer. Du vil deltage i planlægning af eksternt rettede aktiviteter.

Du opnår succes ved
- Salg af automations- og integrationsløsninger – herunder AGV/AMR, autonome trucks, shuttle-systemer, transportbaner, pallehåndtering, kraner og komplette intralogistikløsninger
- Rådgive om systemintegration mellem automation og software, på sigt også sælge disse løsninger (AGV/AMR, WMS, ERP, MES m.m.)
- Analyse og afdækning af kundens procesflow, datagrundlag og nøgleudfordringer
- Relationsopbygning og salg til beslutningstagere på tværs af organisationer: logistik, produktion, IT/OT, økonomi og ledelse
- Udarbejde behovsanalyser, funktionskrav, business cases og løsningsoplæg i samarbejde med KION
- Deltage i workshops, løsningsdesign og tværfaglig sparring med projekt-, IT- og tekniske teams
Tasks and Qualifications:
Vi forventer at du har en bred pallette af erfaringer og kompetencer både inden for salg, teknik, samarbejde og projektarbejde
- Du har et kommercielt mindset kombineret med teknisk forståelse.
- Du trives i dialogen med kunderne, hvor du både udfordrer deres beslutninger og samtidig lytter aktivt for at afdække deres reelle behov.
- Du er nysgerrig, analytisk og motiveres af at skabe løsninger, der gør en reel forskel for kunden.
- Du arbejder struktureret og selvstændigt og trives med længerevarende salgsprocesser.
- Erfaring fra automation, intralogistik, industrielt salg eller systemintegration er en fordel – men ikke et krav.

What you'll do
- The Solution Designer will drive the sales of complex intralogistic solutions in collaboration with customers and technical teams. Responsibilities include analyzing customer processes, advising on system integration, and participating in solution design workshops.
