Tasks and Qualifications:
Takenpakket:
- Opbouwen van een duurzame relatie met de klant waarbij we een klant leverancier relatie omzetten in een partnership relatie;
- Monitoren van service tickets en aanvragen om te zorgen voor tijdige en correcte opvolging door het juiste team. Leiding nemen in situaties waar meerdere in-/exterene partijen en/of afdelingen betrokken zijn om deze bij elkaar te brengen en zo tot een oplossing te komen;
- Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van (operationele) voortgangs meetings, business reviews en rapportage naar de klant incl. (maar niet beperkt tot) rapportage van ticket ontwikkeling, (actie)plannen, resultaten- en/of oplossingen, openstaande zaken ter opvolging;
- Vertegenwoordigen van de klant (behoeften / verwachtingen) naar interne stakeholders ten behoeve van continu verbetering van de service dienstverlening;
- Faciliteren van change, modernization en upgrade aanvragen om samen met Solution Development en Service Account Management tijdig tot een passende offerte te komen;
- Mede opvolgen van Spare Part orders om samen met de betreffende afdeling te zorgen voor tijdige en correcte levering;
- Verzamelen van relevante gegevens over klantprocessen om nieuwe opportuniteiten en toegevoegde waarde voor de klant te creëren;
- Inzetten van Root Cause Analysis voor terugkerende problemen en zorgen voor structurele oplossingen samen met interne kwaliteitsafdeling;
- Verbeteren / optimaliseren van klanttevredenheid door maximale invulling en tegemoetkoming aan klantverwachtingen.
Wie zoeken we :
- Uitstekende communicator
- Voorkeur voor iemand met ervaring in de intralogistieke of automatisatie sector
- Sterke onderhandelaar: contracten, terms & conditions, offertes
- Ervaring in escalatie management
- Een farmer (sales)
- Ervaring in het beheer van klantenrelaties
- Technische achtergrond & aanleg is voordeel
- Ervaring binnen de intralogistieke markt is een grote plus

What you'll do
- The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing service delivery for a selection of clients, ensuring timely and correct follow-up on service tickets. They will build sustainable relationships with clients and represent their needs to internal stakeholders for continuous service improvement.
