Tasks and Qualifications:
Deine Aufgaben:
Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung der bestehenden Montagelinien und angrenzenden Vormontagen
Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Prozessverbesserung auf Basis von Lean-Prinzipien
Identifikation und Bewertung von Automatisierungspotentialen
Unterstützung der Projektleiter in Industrialisierungsprojekten
Mitarbeit in der Serienmontageplanung mit Fokus auf Effizienzsteigerung und schlanke Produktion
Einbringen kreativer Ideen und neuer Lösungen zur Steigerung von Produktivität und Qualität
Dein Profil:
Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik o. Ä.
Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Produktionsplanung/-optimierung
Grundkenntnisse und starkes Interesse an der Lean-Philosophie und Methoden der schlanken Produktion
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und kreative Lösungsfindung
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office; Erfahrung mit Layout- oder Planungstools, sowie Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil
Motivation, Verantwortung in Projekten zu übernehmen und nachhaltige Verbesserungen voranzutreiben

What you'll do
- The intern will analyze and continuously optimize existing assembly lines and develop concepts for process improvement based on Lean principles. They will also support project leaders in industrialization projects and contribute to series assembly planning with a focus on efficiency enhancement.
