What You'll Do:
Diagnose and trouble shoot software and hardware issues with our advanced LSG equipment.
Become familiar with our Linde Service App to receive jobs from our service allocators and log relevant information.
Provide various repairs, maintenance and diagnosis on a variety of equipment across various customer sites, ensuring great customer experience and safe repairs.
Demonstrate customer service and communication skills while looking after your own customer patch.
Be able to assist in repairs of units in the workshop and assist other service techs as required.
Participate in our after-hours on call service roster for any after-hour issues in accordance with company policies and industrial agreements.
Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forklifts.
What You'll Bring:
You will have a mechanical background, ideally having worked on forklifts, heavy equipment or automotive. If you have experience working with hydraulics and or pneumatics, that's highly desirable. We're looking for Technicians who have a positive attitude to work, enjoys servicing and maintenance work and is willing to go the extra mile and become a valuable member of our Linde team.
