Tasks and Qualifications:
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Entwicklungsseitige Betreuung unserer Fahrzeuge (v.a. Schmalgang-Flurförderfahrzeuge) ab Produktionsstart in der Serienbetreuung über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der elektronischen und mechatronischen Komponenten mit Fokus auf Funktionsicherheit und Prozesstabilität
- Bewertung, Koordination und Bearbeitung von Produktänderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams der Fertigung, Qualitätswesen und Neuentwicklung
- Eigenständige Ausarbeitung von Schaltplänen und Kabelbäumen unter Berücksichtigung funktionaler, fertigungstechnischer und wirtschaftlicher Gesichtspunkte
- Anpassen von elektrischen Komponenten; Anlegen von Stücklisten und Teilstämmen in SAP
- Enge Abstimmung lokal und direkt im Rahmen der Shopfloor Meetings
- Steuerung externer Partner und Lieferanten
- Mitarbeit in internen Arbeitsgruppen und Projekten (bspw. Kostenoptimierung, Nachhaltigkeit, Produktqualität, KVP)
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Steuerungs- und Regeltechnik oder vergleichbar
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im o.g. Aufgabengebiet sowie erste Erfahrung im Bereich Fahrzeugbau bzw. Fördertechnik wie z.B. Krananlagen, Gabelstapler, sonstige Elektrofahrzeuge oder Agrarmaschinen
- Spaß an der Arbeit mit komplexen Aufgabenstellungen
- Konstruktionserfahrung mit einem Elektro CAD System, idealerweise E³
- Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen für SPS-Steuerungen (CoDeSys, Siemens S7/TIA) sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (R3 bzw. S4HANA)
- Ausgeprägtes Termin- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Teamplayer mit Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache (Wort und Schrift)
- Interdisziplinäres Denken und Handeln in Verbindung mit ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten
- Ein hohes Maß an strukturierter, selbstständiger und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise

What you'll do
- The role involves the development support of vehicles, particularly narrow-aisle forklifts, from production start through the entire product lifecycle. Responsibilities include continuous optimization of electronic and mechatronic components and collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams.
