Tasks and Qualifications:
Ihre Aufgaben
Mitgestalten der Steuerungskonzepte von Fördertechnischen Anlagen
Auftragsdetailklärung intern mit anderen Abteilungen und extern mit Kunden und Lieferanten
Überprüfung elektrischer Layouts sowie Kundenspezifischen Dokumenten
Erstellen von Anwenderprogrammen für unsere PLC Steuerungen
Durchführen von In-House Tests in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Abteilung
Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen im In- und Ausland
Anlagenbegleitung in der Hochlaufphase bis zur Produktionsübergabe
Schulung von Kundenpersonal und eigenen Service-Mitarbeitern
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung des globalen Dematic-Steuerungsstandards
Ihre Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister Elektrotechnik, staatlich geprüfter Elektrotechniker oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich der PLC Softwareerstellung und in der Inbetriebnahme von steuerungstechnischen Anlagen
Sehr gute Erfahrungen in Automatisierungstechniken (vorzugsweise Simatic Manager, TIA Portal), Bus-Systemen (Profinet, ASI) und in der Frequenz-Umrichter-Technik
Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in Intralogistischen Systemen, speziell in der Karton- und Behälterfördertechnik
Erfahrungen mit E-Plan wünschenswert, nicht zwingend
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hohe Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft zu mehrwöchigen Einsätzen im In- und Ausland
Gute Kenntnisse mit Office Produkten wie Word, Excel und PowerPoint
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Lösungsorientiertes, eigenständiges Arbeiten
Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, kommunikativ und teamfähig
Fähigkeit/Wunsch, in funktionsübergreifenden, mehrsprachigen und multikulturellen Teamumgebungen zu arbeiten
Für die Rolle ist eine Reisebereitschaft von 70% erforderlich
