Position Purpose:

| Maintains buildings and equipment. Performs minor plumbing repairs. Performs building and grounds maintenance and security duties when required. Serves on the fire brigade team. Performs minor electrical, refrigeration and H.V.A.C. repairs. Performs other job duties and responsibilities as assigned. |

Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Must proivde Diploma or Official Transcipts if offered position Required Licensure: Valid US Driver’s License (Must be 21 years of age or older) Required Experience Seven years’ experience in industrial electrical, Commercial Plumbing or HVAC service work with five years’ experience being in hospital maintenance or related filed; or 15 years’ experience in a specialized field.
