Kindbody’s clinically-managed program covers the full-spectrum of reproductive health, including both female and male fertility, which encompasses fertility assessments and education, fertility preservation, genetic testing, in vitro fertilization (IVF), donor and surrogacy services, and adoption, as well as a full continuum of reproductive care including physical, mental, and emotional support.
Directly manages 30 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) throughout the national organization.
Developed organizational design/structure for APPs nationally and trained over 30 APPs to support expansion into 33 markets.
Designed and implemented a comprehensive onboarding program fostering APPs to operate at the top of their license and maximize their potential.
Conduct site visits to audit best practices and ensure implementation of Kindbody’s methodology.
Collaborates with practice and clinical operations to streamline efficiency across all markets.
Conducts fertility consultations and facilitates patients moving through treatment quickly and efficiently, including initial patient assessments and follow-up appointments.
