Main Purpose of Role:
Support the design, execution and continuous improvement of consumer care-related communication channels.


Role Accountabilities:

  • Complete process benchmarking related to consumer care systems and structures

  • Review and recommend technology solutions for automation and AI-supported workflows

  • Partner with GBS Digital Team, DTS and other stakeholders as needed to implement selected technology solutions

Functional/Business skills

  • Microsoft Office applications

  • Knowledge of chatbot programs/systems preferred

Essential Knowledge / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline, with a focus on analytics and/or AI

  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills; attention to detail

  • Ability to work through challenging situations or complex problems to achieve goal

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, including providing stakeholder updates and communications

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
