About this role

IT Architect, Kimball Midwest, Columbus, OH. Define IT systems arch ensuring apps, data & tech perspectives are in line w/ tech, governance, policies, standards & business strategy. Partner w/ business stakeholders, IT & vendor teams to ensure consistency in design & maintainability that is scalable, secure & adhere to timelines. Create arch artifacts. Maintain inventory of apps & doc on all systems. Encourage agile devt & benefits of scrum. Min. reqs. incl: Bachelor’s in CS, Eng or closely related field plus 5 yrs of IT exp, incl systems design & complex app devt; 3 yrs exp w/ Microsoft Azure w/ ability to lead design of cloud infrastructure, networking & app hosting environs; 3 yrs exp w/ Microsoft Dynamics AX OR 1 yr exp w/ D365 Finance & Supply Chain Mgmt & Customer Engagement; 3 yrs exp w/ Microsoft Synapse Analytics, incl data integration transformation & orchestration pipelines OR 1 yr exp w/ Microsoft Fabric w/ ability to lead design of enterprise-scale data warehouses, semantic models & analytics solutions; & 1 yr exp w/ Microsoft Power Platform, incl Power BI, Power Apps & Power Automate w/ ability to design, govern & scale enterprise-grade low-code/no-code solutions.
