Kïdo is a global network of innovative preschools with the vision of creating a truly modern early years environment. We are seeking a bilingual Center Director in Training who will play a unique and exciting role supporting our Houston schools.
This is not a traditional single-site position, our ideal candidate will thrive on variety and impact. You’ll have the opportunity to support as a floating Director across multiple Houston campuses, stepping in to provide coverage for Directors when they are out, assisting with training and onboarding, and lending your leadership wherever it’s most needed.
This position reports directly to the Regional Director for Houston and works closely in a peer-to-peer team with other Center Directors in the area. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a strong bilingual leader to grow with Kido, with the potential to take ownership of their own school in the future.
As a Center Director in training, you’ll lead with vision, compassion, and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each school you support delivers the highest quality of care and education while fostering strong family partnerships. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively connect with our families and bilingual teaching teams.
