Job Title: Supply Chain.Operations Coordinator

Location: Portland, TN

Base Salary Rate: $69,500-81,765

Job type: Full-time

About this Role

Work with various internal departments in the company to produce warehouse configured goods. Creating weekly production work orders while working with the 3PL team to ensure daily volume is achieved. Work with the Quality team to successfully process daily demand. Provide support for the overall Operational warehouse team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and report metrics specific to the DC Warehouse Configure & Fireworks cells
• Perform required manufacturing operations steps as outlined in work instructions for each model produced in the cell
• Perform testing of product after final operation to ensure proper functionality prior to final labeling and packaging.
• Provides engineering support by troubleshooting production problems and effecting timely solutions to maintain the continuity of production flow
• Interfaces with Quality Supervisor and support groups to address and resolve manufacturing and engineering issues
• Perform JDE transactions for inventory Warehouse Configure / Fireworks cell movements
• Perform routine cycle counts for Warehouse Configure / Fireworks cells
• All other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of technical experience working in; supply chain, inventory control, quality, or warehouse operations
• 2+ years of experience working with MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Must demonstrate a team focused skill set.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational skills. Detail oriented
• Must be able to communicate effectively (both written and verbally) with all levels of company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must,

Compensation and Benefits 

Individuals may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
