• Retar los procesos actuales para el uso de información buscando se reduzcan las variaciones de demanda, los errores en el cargado, reduciendo el E&O.

• Buscar la mejora continua en el área de planeación.

• Brindar soporte para cumplir con el OTD, reducción de ordenes atrasadas y reducir el E&O.

• Asegurar el cargado del MPS en Oracle en tiempo y asegurar que tengamos un 98% de integridad en el mismo.   

• Desarrollar indicadores que nos aseguren que el MPS se está cargando correctamente.

• Desarrollar estrategias para optimizar los recursos de la compañía.

• Eliminar el E&O generado por cambios en la demanda y asegurar que los FG sin demanda estén inactivos en el sistema.

• Generar reportes con información relevante para mantener a nuestros clientes informados.

• Responder en tiempo y forma a los requerimientos de los costumer service.

Summary
This position is for a seasoned professional in Scheduling who works independently, functions as a focal point for issues, implements solutions, makes allocation decisions and monitors delivery.

Job Description

• Recommends and implements solutions to mitigate delays, difficulties, or changes to cost estimates to improve performance.

• Monitors delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite the flow of materials and meet production schedules.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and productivity on site in order to meet delivery schedules and avoid delays.

• Determines allocation and makes priority decisions on critical hardware to ensure smooth operations.

• Functions as the focal point for resolution of materials/logistics issues to ensure efficient and effective resolutions are reached.

• Applies knowledge of ACE/lean principles to establish world class materials flow/synchronization within the value stream.

Minimum Requirements
Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
OR
An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
