Sales Support Engineer

Location: central Poland / covering: Mazowieckie, Podlaskie, Lubelskie

As a key member of the sales engineering team, you will collaborate directly with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to enhance product awareness, ensure technical accuracy, and drive successful project delivery. You will also contribute to documentation standards, training initiatives, and the continuous improvement of sales engineering performance.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical advice to customers and helps to develop proposals based on customer's requirements both technical and operational.

  • Derive comprehensive solution based on use case scenarios and customer functional demand and convert it into relevant proposal underlying to commercial and technical execution.

  • Documentation maintenance and development process ownership to enhance the performance of sales engineering.

  • Engage direct communication with customers and stakeholders, engineering companies, designers and consultants in order to provide product capacity awareness.

  • Holds initiative in technical education demand planning and execution.

  • Collect and maintain fundamental reference information about key competences of skilled technicians for troubleshooting, maintenance and installation services

  • Direct meeting and travel customers at their facilities including end user assistance in process of derivative proposal preparation and execution

Role Purpose:

  • Desire to pursue career in sales operations understood as conversion of opportunities into tangible business outcome by applied of personality and engineering mix.

  • Instrumental role in new product market introduction and process of change management of customer perception, new product idea market execution and open up  new business opportunities.

  • Opportunity to join seasoned sales team and earn hands on experience in commercial investment industry sales and project execution process.

  • Moderate team size (9 person) with typical project time span 9 months to 3-5 years, multi generation, open and friendly working atmosphere, international organization, respected professionals.

  • Area central Poland – Mazowieckie, Podlaskie, Lubelskie serviced immediately, open territorial expansion to PL & EEU countries (PL, LT, LV, EE, CZ, SK, H, RO, BG, etc.)

  • Possible further career development in following areas: engineering services, project management, sales management, sales technical support, engineering, etc, both inside and outside the company.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with working experience in relevant industry areas – security, building or industrial automation, telecommunication or similar.

  • Literacy in technical documentation, reading, interpreting, maintenance.

  • Polish as a native language, English written & spoken communication (B2 level or higher), additional European language would be a desired asset.

  • A few years of relevant experience.

  • University Degree or equivalent education in electric, electronic or automation engineering.

  • Drivers license (cat. B)

Nice to have:

  • Practical knowledge of Carrier/Kidde Global Solution organization, products, software or systems with the ability to contribute in daily work, other brand product experience would be an asset

  • Prior experience in 1st line technical support, maintenance or installation in low-voltage building automation, industrial automation, security systems or similar.

  • Practical knowledge of commercial investment process, construction engineering design process, low-voltage installation and/or relevant documented experience will be a desired asset.

  • Relevant industry clearance for electrical appliances maintenance (SEP E, 1kV) would be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
