Kidde Global Solutions is seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused Sales Manager to strengthen our market presence across Delhi & UP. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and strong relationship-building skills to drive the adoption of our advanced fire safety solutions among end users, builders, consultants, and channel partners.

 

• Extensive experience engaging with end users, builders, consultants, and channel partners in the fire and security domain.
• Ability to influence project specifications and key decision-makers.
• Strong background in product distribution sales and channel management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of fire alarm systems, detection technologies, and industry trends.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Account Management – End Users, Builders & Consultants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and developers to position GST solutions in their projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to end users, offering tailored fire safety solutions.
• Collaborate with builders to influence fire safety system design across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Ensure GST products are specified and adopted in major projects.
• Engage with consultants to influence tenders and specifications.

Channel Sales – Partner Development
• Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets.
• Expand business opportunities through territory management and onboarding new partners.

Sales Growth & Market Expansion
• Achieve sales targets through strategic engagement across all stakeholder groups.
• Provide valuable market insights to support business planning and strategy.
• Conduct product training for consultants, system integrators, and channel partners to boost brand credibility.

🎓 Educational Qualifications
B.Tech / Graduation with MBA preferred

💼 Experience
8–10 years in sales, business development, or account management—preferably in fire alarm systems, security solutions, or related industries.
