DF 114: Pricing Analyst - Retail

Location: PBG, FL, Mebane, NC or Remote

Base Salary Rate: $100,300.00 - $118,000.00

About This Role

Kidde Global Solutions is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Global Revenue Management organization. The candidate will utilize data analytics and business expertise to provide insights and recommendations to business leadership, driving measurable impact on the company’s growth goals. They will collaborate with key functions to identify pricing opportunities to meet revenue and margin goals.

 Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and marketing teams in identifying opportunities to drive sales and profitability, leveraging data insights and stakeholder input and expertise
• Work with sales and finance, and other cross-functions to drive actions and track progress vs. plan/ target for margin improvement (% and $)
• Evaluation of promotion effectiveness to drive insights back to the business
• Coordinate MAP enforcement for authorized retailers and recommend enforcement actions for unauthorized sellers
• Support price increase actions, including tracking, cost justification, etc.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in finance, pricing, and/or revenue management.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience in B2B retail sales is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Microsoft Power BI
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Strong data mining, aggregation, and analytical skills
• Ability to influence a cross functional team
• Change management
• JD Edwards experience a plus
• Financial Analyses & accounting is a plus

Compensation and Benefits 

Individuals may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
