Descrição do cargo
- Controlar a qualidade do produto, visualmente ou dimensionalmente, consultando tabelas e anotando dados em formulários específicos.
- Executar as operações e montagens variadas nos equipamentos (classe C), conforme ordens de trabalho ou Kanban.
- Identificar a necessidade de substituição e/ou reposição das ferramentas.
- Manusear produtos e peças de acordo com as instruções de trabalho.
- Preencher o check list de segurança e manutenção autônoma.
- Realizar atividades relacionadas à melhoria continua.
- Descartar os resíduos e descartáveis de acordo com a coleta seletiva.
- Rastrear os produtos periodicamente.
- Realizar set-up de máquinas (Classe C).
- Zelar pela ordem, limpeza e conservação dos equipamentos e local de trabalho (Programa 6S).
- Conhecer o produto, peça ou matéria-prima e sua aplicação.
- Conhecer as ferramentas e equipamentos e máquinas utilizadas no dia a dia.
- Conhecer a política e sistema de MASS da empresa, bem como, contribuir para o seu atingimento.
- Utilizar equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI), de acordo com a área de trabalho.
