Job Description.

 We are seeking a visionary Ecommerce Tech Leader to drive the transformation of our sales and services functions across Residential and commercial Fire & Security products and solutions. This role will execute the digital roadmap, aligning business objectives with scalable technology solutions. You will lead the governance, deployment, and evolution of core digital platforms, while playing a critical role in post-M&A efforts to build a new company Apps platform and stand up an independent digital organization, separate from the former owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of integrations between Salesforce, backend API, Orders, CommerceHub and other products and sales platforms.
• Develop and manage integrations using EDI, API, SFTP, and similar technologies as required by our evolving business needs.
• Ensure all systems and processes are built on a solid, scalable, and predictable foundation, supporting business growth and operational reliability.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve system performance.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce fulfillment and integration.
• Drive standardization while balancing local site needs across global deployments.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful delivery of third-party led implementations.
• Build and lead a Center of Excellence to support global alignment, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Champion change management and adoption of digital tools and processes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 10+ years in digital transformation, supply chain, factory operations, or related roles, with significant experience leading global IT projects.
• Demonstrated success in implementing Industry 4.0 solutions, smart factory technologies, and supply chain digital tools.
• Strong expertise in ERP/MES/WMS systems (e.g., JDE, Oracle, Kinaxis, LeanDNA, SO99).
• Familiarity with IoT, AI/ML applications, and advanced data analytics tools is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

Technical Skills:

• Significant hands-on experience architecting and managing integrations for e-commerce and fulfillment systems.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce suite of Applications, Yext, Tridion and similar platforms.
• Strong track record of building scalable, maintainable, and reliable technical solutions.
• Experience with EDI, API, SFTP, and other integration protocols and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a fast-paced,
