Principais Responsabilidades:

Atendimento ao cliente por telefone e e-mail, garantindo cordialidade e agilidade.
Registro e acompanhamento das interações no sistema, mantendo histórico atualizado e organizado.
Resolução de demandas simples e complexos.
Análise de informações para identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de atendimento.
Suporte interno às áreas correlatas, colaborando para integração e eficiência operacional.
Cumprimento de políticas e procedimentos internos, garantindo conformidade com normas e padrões da empresa.
Atualização do Backlog
Rastreamento de pedidos
Análise de informações para definição de FIFO


Competências Técnicas:

Excel intermediário/ Avançado (para relatórios)
Noções de processos administrativos e gestão de chamados.
Habilidade para lidar com indicadores de desempenho (OTD (On-time-delivery), NPS, Overdue e devoluções.
Superior completo em administração, comunicação Social, relações públicas ou área correlatas.
Desejável Inglês.

EXPERIÊNCIA:
Mínima de 2 anos em funções relacionadas a:

Suporte administrativo ou operacional.
Uso de sistemas de CRM ou plataformas de atendimento.
Ter experiencia em gestão de estoque e pedido

Summary
This position is for an entry-level professional in Customer Service who responds to customer calls, documents procedures, collects data, and provides information to customers to resolve issues. Escalates complex issues to more experienced staff or management.

Job Description:

Confers with customers that contact the organization by telephone or electronically to provide information about organization products or services, discuss customer accounts, and obtain or address customer complaints.
Responds to call or emails to customers to provide follow-up on inquiries.
Generates documentation and solves customer issues/requests/complaints in accordance with procedures, and when required, redirects queries to appropriate department or personnel.
Provides references to customers to publications of materials and secondary sources of information.
Manages and maintains a record of customer interactions or transactions; records details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken to facilitate future needs in trainings and improvements in customer services.
Confers with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or other personnel to expedite or trace shipments.
May promote products/services to ensure business targets are met.
May provide after-sales support for client contracts to ensure customers satisfactions are met.


Minimum Requirements:
Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree
Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization
University Degree or equivalent
Less than 3 years prior relevant experience
