We are looking for professional Housekeeping Supervisors capable of supervising our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to be The Finest private club in the world. Our goal in Housekeeping/Laundry is perfection accomplished through teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Checking on housekeeping/laundry staff to ensure duties meet company standards
- Responding to opportunities in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
- Ensuring equipment is operating properly
- Notify manager of any damage, or malfunctioning equipment
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and ensure restocking is complete
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related standards
- Assist manager in completing tasks for your scheduled shift
- Training new staff
- Completing working interviews as scheduled
Qualifications
- 2-4 years pervious exclusive hotel/resort Housekeeping experience
- Ability to supervise staff and reprimand as needed
- Ability to walk, kneel, bend, stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and carry 50+ lbs.
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Knowledge of English language
- Valid driver’s license and transportation
