Position Summary: The Lead Landscaping Technician is responsible for managing all aspects of resort landscape operations at a luxury, grand scale resort and reports to The Director of Landscaping. Aspects include the execution of landscape improvements, enhancements, and day to day maintenance for 140+ acres of K.I.G.R. property including a Forbes Five Star, AAA Five Diamond oceanfront hotel, 5 golf course clubhouses, a 22 court tennis facility, a public park, 4 pool complexes, recreation fields and amenities, retail and common area spaces, maintenance facilities buildings, along with beach access boardwalks. This position functions onsite between the hours of 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday, with occasional work on Saturday. 6a-230p during spring, summer and fall. Experience in related field will have consideration for higher pay compensation.
