Job Title:  Technical Integrator / Ships Technical Integrator - Contingent Upon Contract Award

Location:  San Diego, CA

Period of Performance: Five (5) Years

Duties

Security Clearance: "Secret” level clearance at time of award.

-- Must have Five years of Combat Systems management experience as a Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer or equivalent supervising combatsystems configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair.

-- Must have Five years' experience operating a C5I system in a FST or equivalent complex architecture as well as the management of combatsystems configuration, operation, maintenance, and repair.

-- Experience in naval warfare operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience.

--Must have 2 years scenario development/training experience and configuration and operation experience with Joint Semi Automated Forces(JSAF) and Tactical Voice/Data Communications.

-- Must have 5 years' experience with Battle Force Team Trainer (BFTT); Tactical Data Information Link generation systems supporting LOS Link 11(A) /16(J), Satellite- J, Link 16, Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M).

Knowledge of:• The Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM)• Composite Warfare Commander construct• Command and Control, regarding surveillance, engagement and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets• Staff and Fleet operations and planning procedures• Fleet Synthetic Training architecture• Combat Systems Operational Sequencing System

• 15 years or greater of experience in the U.S military preferred (U.S. Navy at the E6 experience level or above is highly desired).
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a business discipline is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook) is required.

Position requires an active DoD security clearance.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.  Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.  Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.  May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
