About the Job:
In this role, you’ll support the KFC Foundation’s mission by executing high quality internal communications, maintaining accurate donor and program data, coordinating fundraising logistics, and providing operational and administrative support across development initiatives. You’ll gain hands on experience in franchise strategy and financial management by working directly on business growth, ownership transitions, and profitability initiatives, while also developing expertise in portfolio management through collaboration with franchisees, brokers, and financial institutions.
This role offers meaningful exposure to KFC US leadership, giving you the opportunity to enhance your strategic decision making skills, strengthen your executive communication capabilities, and contribute insights that influence key Foundation and franchise initiatives. It’s a dynamic, high impact position that provides a strong foundation for future growth in finance, fundraising, franchise development, and strategic operations.
Salary Range:
$64,900 to $68,670 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
