Keysight Device Security is a young, diverse and ambitious organization specializing in security testing for leading international clients from the semiconductor, payment and consumer electronics industries. In addition, Keysight Riscure Security Solutions is the leading vendor of specialist security testing products. We have around 190 employees with mixed technical and academic backgrounds working from offices in Delft, The Netherlands, Shanghai, China and San Francisco, USA.
For our global hardware product assembly operation, located in Delft, we seek a talented Fulfilment Manager. This role is responsible for the full chain, including procurement, inventory, planning, production engineering, assembly, testing, packaging and the repair process.
The product assembly is a $10M/year operation with a high-value low-volume dynamic. We currently ship more than 50 different hardware products. The team consists of three hardware assembly specialists, one procurement specialist and one planner.

- On-time delivery with high quality and customer satisfaction
- Speed of implementing new product introductions (NPIs) into stable operations
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of five dedicated specialists, fulfilling customer orders
- Define and implement optimal supply chain solutions for the different products
- Successfully collaborate with multiple business functions, such as hardware development, customer service, procurement, quality, technical information, logistics, finance
- Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement, based on internal initiative or customer feedback
Qualifications
- Experienced in a hardware fulfilment organization
- 3 - 5 management experience
- Talent for leadership, with business acumen
- Having had end-responsibility for one of the above fulfilment functions
- Proven focus on customer success
- Experience in program management, lean mfg or supply chain is an advantage
- Versatile, you like switching between manager-level and hands-on shop floor matters
- Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree
