Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (or related field), with focus on RF/mmWave IC design.
Minimum 3+ years of industrial experience in mmWave IC design (30 GHz+).
Proven experience across schematic design, layout, EM simulation, verification, and measurement validation.
Hands-on design experience in at least one high-frequency building block (e.g., LNA, PA, mixer, multiplier, frequency converter).
Proficiency with industry tools such as ADS, Momentum, EMPro, SystemVue or comparable RF design environments.
Experience with advanced semiconductor technologies (e.g., SiGe, GaAs, GaN, CMOS).
Desired Qualifications
Experience above 100 GHz design.
Knowledge of device modeling, thermal effects, or IC packaging.
Experience with wafer probe calibration and RF measurement setups.
Understanding of PCB integration for high-frequency modules.
Strong analytical problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work independently in cross-functional, international teams.
